Scarlett is a psychotherapist and somatic bodyworker with a postgraduate degree in cognitive neuroscience. Her understanding of the body, the mind and the nervous system is both academic and deeply lived, and she is formally trained in Tantra and Kundalini work on both levels — a combination of clinical training and embodied practice that makes her sessions unlike anything available elsewhere in the world.

Mature, well travelled and deeply versed in her field, Scarlett has lived and studied across the world and has personally trained hundreds of professional practitioners internationally. She has spoken as a keynote speaker on stage and delivered a TEDx talk, and has run workshops attended by thousands. A skilled practitioner in sacred sexuality and peak experiences, she brings the same presence, precision and authority to every private session she holds.

Her work is therapy-based, educational and instructional, grounded in psychoanalytic bodywork, somatic sexology and sexological bodywork.
